So you take all the reshade files in your pc FFXIV game folder (as well as the shaders and presets folder) and copy them over to your Steam Deck (the video mentions the location). BUT!!!! The one extra thing you need to download and add to that steam deck folder is d3dcompiler_47.dll - - there's a download link in that same youtube video. Run FFXIV.
